How to improve Business Efficiency by Personal Development
Are you Missing Deadlines, not returning phone calls or emails, have time for many other things and not making solid simple decisions, spending money on personal recreation frequently while neglecting business bills and no one ever equates to good help nor motivated to work for you… do you always have a reason for not completing something in which most people conclude it as excuses. Things seem to dropping fast around and conflict is commonly a in most conversation more than ever. Some may not admit it, but you know someone like this.
If some of these issues mentioned are happening in your business then you need to act!
This post is written to be very direct and yet helpful for thinking. Sometimes hardcore perspectives can reveal causes of hardships. I suggest if you do not feel succesful yet due to stuff maybe something is not right.
Note, I am not a doctor but I have both internal and external direct experience. (Smile) First thing I learned from business is…
1. Accept what is happening
If you do not accept that things are going to crap then you cannot change it. Accepting-it… is different than knowing-it. You can know something and unknowingly not accept it. Accepting is the first step to slowing down and reevaluating yourself and prioritizing the next course of action. It seems everything may be moving fast in the moment, but that does not matter. You must dedicate some time to deal with the storms.
2. Evaluate yourself
You may ask, how do I do this? If you are in business then you need to be a good manager. If you have previously worked for another company i’m sure you have had an evaluation on your progress. If not you did in school and that is no different. Their is always a measurement of progress with any area that pays.
Okay, It’s true!–some people do not have a manager; use tools, people you work with, and clients who can survey to help guide you into the right direction. Ego & Pride is not effective if your grade is currently below average. Who has ever boasted about having a C or below? If you had together before… that is great, but remember everyone you meet is judging the now. Anything else is a good drinking story.
Things that could be affecting you?
Some malnutrition can cause harm with symptoms of irritability, loss of focus, and so on.

3. Compartmentalize your thinking
Often as business owners we get wrapped-up in the hurricane of new ideas, over promising and several other factors that we allow to stir our mind mentally crazier than it already is. Start by completing simple task or goal one-at-a-time. Do daily to do list the same day until you rebuild the motivation in yourself. When you start feeling like you have completed something–it will most-likely drive you to deliver on the next task quicker.
Set New Boundaries
There is a problem somewhere and you need to not accept the things poisoning your future. It could be…
Wrong friends
Personal history issues
Desperate thinking
Core Values are weakened
people not respecting your business
In which leads to the next issue
4. Make your job a job again.
Work hard to prove to yourself. It is possible to be proud of yourself and when you get to that point it will fill better than anything you have felt. The truth will be in the results of your work. Work with SMART Decisions.
5. Decide your core values
6. PR Yourself and Adjust Communication
7. Work to surpass your goals not to do just good enough.
We have to keep moving even if it is slow for more. It is built in our nature to want more or to achieve more; unless, you get to a point when you no longer have to work. I call that retirement or vacation.
